Fannie Mae needed help recruiting the tech experts who could help them shape the future of the housing industry. The problem is, when people think of Fannie Mae, they don’t usually picture a tech-driven company. Or a place they aspire to work for. Our goal with In This House, an online campaign that featured videos, social media posts, and a brand new landing page, was to share a little bit of what goes on behind the scenes at the company and encourage people to apply. And that little banner to your left (dubbed by my creative director, “The little banner that could”) alone gathered a couple hundred thousand clicks!
